My go-to green smoothie 💚
Ingredients:
Serves 1
- 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10g Complete Prebiotic
- 10g Pure Fish Collagen
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 120g mango, fresh or frozen
- 120g pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- ½ banana
- Splash of water (optional)
Method:
Pop all the ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
