Our kefir is very powerful! The recommended serving is 170ml per day. If you experience any discomfort or detox symptoms please decrease to 1 TBSP per day and gradually work up to the full suggested serving over time.   • Ingredients: Goats milk, Live kefir grains.
  • 95 naturally occurring live cultures!
  • Shelf Life: You will receive your kefir with a minimum shelf life of 45 days.
  • Storage: Room temperature or fridge.
  • Contraindications: We do not recommend taking kefir alongside immunosuppressants.
