Ingredients
Serves 1
- 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10g Complete Prebiotic
- 100g blueberries – fresh or frozen
- 1/2 ripe banana – fresh or frozen
- 20g oats
- 1 TBSP vanilla protein powder – optional
- 1 TSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP peanut or almond butter
- Additional water or milk alternative
Method
- Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add water or a milk alternative as needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Spread a little peanut butter on the inside of your glass, pour the smoothie, and enjoy!
