Indulge in the perfect afternoon snack, dessert, or nutritious breakfast with our granola, Greek yoghurt and berry parfait!
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 150g Greek yoghurt (plain, unsweetened)
- 100g berries of choice (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
- 1 TBSP honey (optional)
- 30g granola (check out our go-to recipe here)
- 1 TSP chia seeds
Method
- In a glass or bowl, layer half the yoghurt and top with half the berries.
- Add a drizzle of honey and sprinkle over half the granola.
- Repeat with the remaining yoghurt followed by berries, honey and granola and top with chia seeds.
- Tuck in and enjoy! If you’re not tucking in straight away, cover and store in the fridge until ready.
This recipe is super versatile, adjust the quantities and change up the ingredients based on your preferences to create a customised granola recipe, dessert, or breakfast bowl!
