Ingredients
Serves 1
- 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10g Complete Prebiotic
- 10g Pure Fish Collagen
- 1 apple
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 30g almonds
- 1 TBSP cacao powder
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- Splash of water or a couple of ice cubes (optional)
Method
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency 😊
