Ingredients:
Serves 1
- 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10g Complete Prebiotic
- 10g Pure Fish Collagen
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 1 apple
- 80g cucumber
- Fresh mint leaves (as much as you like)
- Splash of water (optional)
Method:
Pop all the ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency. Garnish with extra mint.
