Banana & Almond Butter Ice Cream
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas (frozen)
2 TBSP Goats yoghurt
2 TBSP Goats milk (can substitute with unsweetened oat or almond milk)
2 TSP Almond butter (or to taste)
Chopped walnuts for garnish
Method:
Cut your bananas into chunks and freeze for at least one hour, or until frozen through. Ripe bananas work best for this. Pop all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz into a smooth, creamy consistency. Spoon into bowls and top with chopped walnuts.
You can experiment with different flavours and get the children involved – switch the almond butter for favourite berries or 70% cocoa powder. Bellissimo!
