Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 70 g ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 110 ml water
- 1 TSP turmeric
- Sieve (or cheesecloth)
Method
- De-core the apples and cut into quarters.
- Peel the skin off the ginger and cut into inch sized pieces.
- Put all ingredients other than the turmeric into the blender and put on low.
- Once ingredients have broken down, add turmeric and put on high.
- Pour juice into a container through a sieve or cheesecloth. If using a sieve, use a spoon to push the juice through the pulp.
- Always stir before pouring.
