Kefir Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

50ml Chuckling Goat Kefir (Original or Light)

1 tsp fresh or dried parsley, chopped very finely (optional)

1 minced garlic clove

2 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and drizzle over salads. We’ve glugged it over bulgur wheat, roasted butternut squash, rocket, blueberries and pomegranate here. This dressing also goes perfectly over our Gut Health Super Salad 😉 Bon appetite!
